Part-Time Marketing Assistant

(Remote, U.S. Only – Contract Position)

Moonlit Media is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our branding and web design business. This part-time, remote contract role is perfect for someone with a graphic design and web design background who understands marketing for service-based businesses (not product-based).

What You’ll Do:

  • Blog Management – Post weekly blog content (written by our in-house copywriters) to our website.
  • Portfolio Updates – Showcase recent projects by creating mockups and writing portfolio posts to highlight our work.
  • Email Marketing – Manage and send email campaigns via MailerLite, helping attract new business and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Marketing Strategy – Brainstorm and execute new ideas to boost engagement, generate leads, and drive sales.
  • Content Creation – Develop compelling marketing materials, social media content, and other visuals to promote our services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Graphic & Web Design Experience – Ability to create high-quality mockups and visuals.
  • Marketing Know-How – Understanding of service-based business marketing strategies.
  • Content & Email Marketing Skills – Experience with MailerLite and crafting engaging emails.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinker – Someone who can generate ideas to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Organized & Self-Sufficient – Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Located in the U.S. – This is a remote, U.S.-based contractor position.

Compensation: Starting $15-20 per hour, depending on experience.

Part-Time Graphic Designer

(Remote, U.S. Only – Contract Position)

Are you a creative Graphic Designer with an eye for detail and a passion for stunning visuals? We’re looking for a talented designer to join our team! Web design & WordPress skills are a big plus.

What You’ll Do:

  • Logo & Brand Identity Design – Develop unique logos and cohesive brand identities for clients.
  • Print & Marketing Materials – Design brochures, business cards, social media graphics, and other collateral.
  • Website & Digital Design – Assist with visual mockups and collaborate on site development (WordPress experience is a plus).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Graphic Design Skills – Experience in branding, print, and digital design.
  • Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency – Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Web Design & WordPress Experience – A plus, but not required.
  • Creative & Detail-Oriented – Strong aesthetics and innovative thinking.
  • Self-Sufficient & Organized – Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Located in the U.S. – This is a remote, U.S.-based contract position.

Compensation: Starting $25–$40 per hour, depending on experience.
