*All retainers are a minimum of 3-month contracts. 20% of hours booked can be rolled over into the following month, not exceeding 30 days. Hours unused at the termination of the retainer are forfeited. Hours in excess of the retainer amount are charged at the retainer rate. You will get an invoice on the first day of each month. The invoice will include the monthly retainer rate for that month and any additional charges from the previous month.
