We love when clients stay with us for multiple projects. And Nate Hester (The Nate Hester Studio) is one of our favorites!

Meet Nate: I am an artist, draftsman, and animator. I maintain a public-facing, brick-and-mortar studio at the Golden Belt in Durham, NC. I primarily draw black-and-white figures in landscapes in charcoal and Sumi ink. I offer packages of traditional, representative portraits of people and places as well as personalized movies as time capsules for clients of their favorite spaces and faces.

Nate sent us a sketch of an idea from his son and we were honored to be able to take that idea and turn it into a new logo for his studio! We also designed and printed his business cards and a fully custom eCommerce website.

“ArtSquawk’s mission is to revitalize the visual arts in American culture by fusing technology instead of retreating to nostalgia; to build an online support network and forum for visual artists to remove barriers to entry to the marketplace.”

Nate’s request? “I want the major theme to be the head of a crowing rooster in a woodblock print design.” …. and I think we delivered! He loved it so much that we also designed his business cards and email newsletter template for MailChimp.
