My coaching style is co-creative – it points my clients to their own intelligence and wisdom. I provide powerful conversations with my clients with focus entirely on them, challenging and empowering them to determine what they want their outcomes to look like, while holding them accountable.

As a savvy businessperson, communicator, and leader; I have developed extensive listening skills – it is about understanding what you hear, not just listening to someone talk. This creates trust, respect, and victory for my clients as a result of the deep listening and understanding.

I help my clients soar because of these deep listening skills, asking powerful questions and responding with integrity, respect, and authenticity while offering a strong support system and safety net.

September came to us for logo and branding, business card design and printing and website design. We wanted to create a strong and compelling logo for September Norman Coaching to help her to develop the business to the point it will be sustainable when she retires in a few years.
