Custom Stationery Design for RN Services in Minnesota

Business card for My RN featuring Jennifer Henry, RN, BSN, with her contact details, email, and website, styled with the professional aesthetic of Texas accounting stationery design.

MyRN provides nurse advocacy and healthcare navigation services for individuals and families in Minnesota. Its registered nurses help clients coordinate care, prepare for appointments, and communicate with healthcare providers. For this project, we designed a business card and letterhead to support the company’s daily work with clients and care teams. The goal was to give MyRN branded print materials that make contact details easy to find and help the business present its services with confidence.

The Challenge:

Because MyRN works with people during complex healthcare situations, its print materials needed to make communication feel straightforward. We also had to consider how the business card and letterhead would fit into conversations with clients, families, and medical professionals. The business card needed to keep key details easy to find, while the letterhead had to leave room for written updates and other documents. Both pieces also needed to reflect the existing MyRN brand, so the design would feel familiar wherever clients encountered it.

Our APPROACH:

The MyRN business card and letterhead carry the brand into everyday healthcare communication. The business card makes contact details easy to share, while the letterhead gives the team a branded format for letters and client documents. The design keeps the layout uncluttered, allowing the MyRN identity to stand out without distracting from the information. By using the same branding across both pieces, we created a consistent look that MyRN can use when communicating with clients, families, and healthcare providers.

Results & Impact

The MyRN business card and letterhead give the business branded materials for its work with clients and healthcare providers. Each piece makes it easier to share information while keeping the MyRN identity visible. In healthcare advocacy, clear communication matters, and consistent branding helps clients recognize the business across different points of contact. This project shows how print design can help nurse consultants, patient advocates, and healthcare support businesses build trust and present their services with confidence.
