The Challenge:

The project needed to bring several brand materials together under one clear visual direction. The stationery supports day-to-day communication, while the branding booklet gives the organization a guide for using its identity across future materials. Because PH Development Group works in affordable housing and community development, the design needed to communicate the organization clearly without adding too much unnecessary detail.

Our APPROACH:

The stationery and branding booklet use the same visual system to keep PH Development Group’s identity consistent. The design gives the organization a clear look across its printed materials while keeping each piece easy to use. The branding booklet also provides a reference for future design work, helping keep colors, typography, and other brand elements consistent. Together, these materials create a stronger foundation for PH Development Group’s ongoing communications as a professional business.

Each piece follows the same visual direction, which helps make the organization easier to recognize across different materials. At the same time, the booklet provides a useful guide for keeping future branding aligned. Overall, this project shows how thoughtful print and brand design can help housing and community development organizations and nonprofits build a stronger identity.
