Josie is on a mission to create a positive environment for working parents. Most working parents experience burnout and 40% of working mothers leave the workforce within one year of having a child. Additionally, working dads feel there is no support for fathers. Josie’s coaching service partners with employers and parents alike, supporting before, during, and after parental leave. So, Josie offers emotional and mental management, proactive planning, and set expectations for new parents. Josie came to us to create a simple, calming, yet empowering logo and website.
