She Sheds Cramp Out was founded by Deborah Conner and Lindsey Shuford to bring awareness to and reduce shame around both menstruation and menopause. Their mission is amplify inclusive voices in conversations about menstruation and how we as a society deal with it. SSCO hosts a variety of events, including online summits, sharing and caring events, body diversity events, and public engagement.
