Professional Print Design for Artist in North Carolina

Two business cards for Nate Hester, Pretty Sketchy. The left card features a stylized strawberry with sparkles inspired by Tennessee flair. The right card lists contact details, social media handles, and the same strawberry illustration.

For Nate Hester Studio, a traditional artist, we designed a set of print materials to support the artist’s brand and public presence. This project included both vertical and horizontal business card designs along with a series of promotional flyers used to share Nate’s artwork and services. The goal was to create clear and engaging print designs that present key contact information while also reflecting the style of his work. Through thoughtful layout, typography, and consistent branding, the final materials help create a strong first impression and make it easier for potential clients to connect with the artist.

The Challenge:

However, this project was not only about appearance. The goal was to create print materials that clearly represent Nate Hester’s artistic brand while staying easy for potential clients to read. Because the project included two business card formats and a flyer series, it was important that each piece feel consistent. Therefore, the focus was on strong layout, clear typography, and a design that allows the artwork and information to work together. A well-designed business card or flyer is often a first introduction, so the goal was to make that moment feel professional and memorable.

Our APPROACH:

The designs features a clear layout and a consistent visual style for Nate Hester Studio. Our first goal was to highlight the artist’s brand while showing the value of thoughtful print design. Because the project included both business cards and flyers, the materials needed to feel cohesive across each piece. Additionally, the layout keeps key details clear and easy to read so potential clients can quickly find contact information and learn about the artist’s work.

  • Business Card Design – A clean, well-organized card that reflects the artist’s brand and professionalism.
  • Logo and Brand Consistency – The cards align with the logo to create a cohesive and recognizable visual identity.
  • Clear Contact Information – Layout and typography ensure key details are easy to read, making it simple for clients to connect.
  • Cohesive Print Materials – A unified approach to design across business cards and flyers that strengthens the brand’s presence and first impression.

Results & Impact

In the end, the finished print materials give Nate Hester Studio a polished and cohesive set of business cards and flyers that support the artist’s brand. The designs work with the logo to create a consistent visual identity across all materials. In addition, thoughtful layout and typography keep contact information clear and easy to read for potential clients. Rather than feeling like simple print pieces, the cards and flyers serve as a strong first impression. The project demonstrates how strategic graphic and print design can help artists strengthen their brand and connect with new audiences.
